Harassment Avoidance Training

According to SB 1343, the AB1825 training requirement has expanded to mandate that all employers with five or more employees must provide two hours of anti-harassment training for supervisory staff, and one hour of anti-harassment training for non-supervisory employees. All employees must be trained within six months of being hired and trained again every 18 - 24 months. Whether you’re looking to take this training for the first time, or renew it after 18 -24 months, R4I has certified Harassment Avoidance trainers who can help!

HR Health Check

The HR Health Check begins with an HR Audit Survey to help you prepare.
