Companies must:

  • Have a facility located in California
  • Pay into California unemployment insurance fund
  • Be a priority industry (manufacturers automatically qualify)

Employees must:

  • Be full-time, W-2 employees
  • Meet ETP wage requirements (varies by county)
  • Not be currently enrolled in another ETP-funded training program
