The Employment Training Panel (ETP) is one of California's premier workforce development programs, providing funding to help employers strengthen the skills of their workforce. The program supports training that helps businesses remain competitive while promoting employee retention, productivity, and career advancement.

Many California employers already contribute to ETP through payroll taxes, yet many are unaware that funding may be available to help offset employee training costs.
